Shipping Information

We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) using reliable carriers to ensure your specialized instrument-building materials arrive safely.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. For time-sensitive projects, we recommend selecting standard shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes materials may not meet your exact needs for your instrument-building project. Here’s our straightforward return process:

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging with all protective materials must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the specialized nature of certain instrument-building components, the following cannot be returned:

  • All Hardware + Parts by Instrument (once opened)
  • All Pickups (due to electronic component sensitivity)
  • Capacitors and other electronic components
  • Bending Sides (custom-cut wood products)
  • Binding materials (cut to size)
  • Items marked “final sale”

Return Process

  1. Contact Us within 15 days at [email protected] with your order number and return details
  2. Wait for Approval – Our team will review your request and issue an RMA number if approved
  3. Package Securely – Include all original packaging with RMA number clearly visible

Refund Information

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless return is due to our error)
  • For exchanges, replacement items ship after return processing

Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.). We recommend using a trackable service with insurance for valuable instrument components.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective instrument-building materials:

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
