Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Items must be in their original packaging with all tags and protective materials intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Note on Non-Returnable Items

Due to the specialized nature of some of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • All Hardware + Parts by Instrument (once opened)
  • All Pickups (due to electronic component sensitivity)
  • Capacitors and other electronic components
  • Bending Sides (custom-cut wood products)
  • Binding materials (cut to size)
  • Any items marked as “final sale”

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
  3. Package Your Item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Your Return – Send the package to our returns center at:

  5. Wait for Processing – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of our error).
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement item once the return is processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
