Are your materials suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. While we cater to professional builders, many of our kits are perfect for first-time builders. We recommend starting with our acoustic guitar kits which include all necessary components and detailed instructions.

How long does order processing take?
Our team processes orders within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order leaves our Colorado workshop.
Can I track my order?
Yes! All shipments include tracking. You’ll receive your tracking number via email when your order ships, allowing you to follow your instrument components every step of the way to your workshop.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 15 days from delivery to initiate a return. Please contact our team at [email protected] to arrange returns. Note that customized or assembled items cannot be returned.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
